Every Tuned To Us song is individually created from the names, memories, stories, messages and preferences you share with us. Your order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you don't love your song, contact us within 30 days of receiving it. You can request a full refund or ask us to re-do your song until you love it. The personalised nature of your song does not remove this guarantee.
Email support@tunedtous.com with your order number and tell us whether you would like a refund or a revision.
If you wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at support@tunedtous.com. If production has not yet begun, we can cancel your order and issue a refund. If production has already begun, contact us for help; your 30-day money-back guarantee still applies.
If your file cannot be accessed, you receive the wrong song, or important personalised details do not match the information you submitted, email us with your order number and details of the issue. We can correct or replace the song, redeliver the file, or provide a refund. Please check names, spelling, dates and pronunciation instructions before submitting your song quiz, and contact us if you need help correcting them.
Standard digital delivery is within 48 hours after you submit each song's quiz. If you purchase 30-Minute Fast Delivery, the delivery period begins after that song's quiz is submitted. For bundles, each song's timing begins when its own quiz is submitted. Your song is delivered by email; no physical shipping is required.
If we fail to provide the fast-delivery service you purchased within the promised time, contact support@tunedtous.com so we can resolve the issue, including refunding the fast-delivery charge where appropriate. This does not limit your 30-day money-back guarantee or statutory rights.
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same order, contact us. Once confirmed, duplicate payments will be refunded.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time after we issue the refund.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or replaces any statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Your 30-day money-back guarantee is in addition to those rights.
