Tuned To Us provides personalised digital songs. No physical product is shipped and no physical shipping address is needed for delivery.
Your completed song is delivered to the email address provided with your order.
Buy your song first, then complete the song quiz using the link on your thank-you page or in your email. Delivery timing begins after each song's quiz is submitted. For bundles, each song has its own quiz and delivery timing begins separately for each song.
Once your song is complete, you will receive an email with a link to listen to and download it. Please check that your email address is correct and check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find the email.
If delivery is late or you have difficulty accessing your song, contact support@tunedtous.com with your order number. If we fail to provide a purchased fast-delivery service within the promised time, we will help resolve the issue, including refunding the fast-delivery charge where appropriate.
